Developed while cataloging over one million bottles, our proven systems accurately track wine collections. Clients enjoy inspection and inventory of each delivery; additionally, they can view the contents of their cellar from any internet connection.

Secure, private lockers from 10 to 400 cases can be completely customized to meet the collectors’ needs.

Security & Generator

State-of-the-art security systems and cameras protect all of our facilities. The buildings are secured in a variety of methods including layered security doors and redundant alarm sensors. Perimeter, motion, heat, smoke, and humidity detectors have been installed throughout the facility with all sensors and control panels wired to backup power.

A generator on an automatic transfer switch has the capability to power the entire building including cooling units, security systems and computers.

4 Crucial Concerns

Attention to detail in these 4 crucial areas of storage is paramount.

Temperature and humidity Facilities are kept between 53-56F with humidity levels at 60-70% at all times. Both current and historical levels can be viewed online.

UV Light Storage areas have no sources of exterior light and incandescent ceiling lights are turned off when work is not being performed in an area. However, each is adequately lit when work is being done in them.

vibration We have taken great pains to remove all sources of vibration. Refrigeration equipment is ceiling mounted on isolation brackets to prevent any disruptions to the lockers.
